Family Cancer Caregivers Hall of Fame
Honoring Those Who Give So Much
In this life we cannot do great things. We can only do small things with great love. -- Mother Teresa
Family caregivers to those with cancer, such as Mesothelioma, or other serious illnesses, perform their duties without a thought for themselves. Some sacrifice their careers, while others do a balancing act with career and caring for leved ones.
The National Family Caregivers Association calls caregiving "a multi-dimensional puzzle" and refers to the caregiver as an important member of the loved one's healthcare team.
We believe the family caregiver is one of the unsung heroes of medical care; often unrecognized for their unselfish care.
If you know of someone who deserves a pat on the back, please let us know at info@mesothelioma-health.org.
We are in the initial start-up process, so check back often to see who has
made the Caregivers Hall of Fame.
