- Find your daily calorie intake so you can expend more calories than you take
in through exercise. If you are eating more calories than
you are expending, no amount of exercise will help you lose
fat. Exercise alone won't make you lose
weight if you're still taking in more calories than
you burn.
- Make a list of all the foods you consume and then decide which foods to cut out or reduce.
